But in particular conditions, we can provide a refund if we cannot give any service or products to the customer.
We refund the payment to the customer in the condition that the product purchased by the customer is not downloaded or some technical problem occurs. In such a condition, the customer will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days on their original payment method.
